Provenance on every field

Each data point carries source, fetch timestamp, confidence, and a lawful-basis tag (public record, legitimate interest, consent, etc.).

Suppression / do-not-contact

Global and per-org suppression lists are enforced at CSV export, CRM push, and MCP output. Suppressed contacts never leave the system.

Sources we use

Public registries (CIPC, eTenders, B-BBEE disclosures), consented user-supplied data, and public website content respecting robots.txt. We do not scrape logged-in social platforms or buy grey lead lists.

Data-subject rights

Access, correction, and deletion endpoints cascade and are audit-logged. Retention windows purge stale personal data automatically (Phase 1+).
